Insight Campaigns Spreads Electric Vibes at Echo Park Rising

Last week, we teamed up with EchoParkRising, an annual festival in L.A.'s Echo Park neighborhood to spread the word about electric cars. During the four-day festival, we talked with hundreds of Angelenos to let them know about ElectroMotiveLA, a virtual EV showroom and the ultimate destination for LA drivers to browse, learn, and fall in love with the next generation of electric cars. We also unveiled ElectriCITY, our new EV buyers guide designed exclusively for Angelenos.  

 

ElectroMotive is a joint effort of the The 11th Hour Project and Insight Campaigns. Born out of our shared vision for better, cleaner cities, we’re on a mission to change the way you think about electric cars. Since we launched the campaign in January 2017, over 10,000 visitors have used our digital platform

 

ComNet LA Talks with LA Times about Building Meaningful Media Relationships

Last night, ComNetworkLA hosted an evening at the historic Los Angeles Times building. Over 50 nonprofit communicators came together to hear firsthand from a panel of LA Times reporters, editors and columnists how to more effectively communicate, share story ideas and ultimately build more meaningful relationships with members of the media.

Danielle is a founding member of ComNetworkLA's Leadership Group, working alongside the Communications Network, the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation and Southern California Grantmakers to start and grow the Los Angeles chapter.

Launching in Los Angeles this week, ElectroMotive is the ultimate destination for Angelenos to browse, learn and fall in love with the next generation of cars.  A joint effort of The 11th Hour Project and Insight Campaigns, the centerpiece of the initiative is the newly launched online platform www.electromotivela.com.  This virtual EV showroom, designed exclusively for Los Angeles consumers, is loaded with user-friendly features, comprehensive model and infrastructure overviews, and guides to help L.A. drivers understand the exciting world of electrification and find the right EV for their lifestyle.

100% of i.am College Track's Inaugural Class Are Heading to College

When college completion program College Track opened its doors in Boyle Heights four years ago, no one could have imagined the impact a small after-school program would have not just on local students, but on the entire community.  The program, branded i.am College Track in homage to founding partner musician will.i.am and his i.am angel foundation, launched in 2012 with 45 students, and this week graduated all 45 of them.
