When college completion program College Track opened its doors in Boyle Heights four years ago, no one could have imagined the impact a small after-school program would have not just on local students, but on the entire community. The program, branded i.am College Track in homage to founding partner musician will.i.am and his i.am angel foundation, launched in 2012 with 45 students, and this week graduated all 45 of them.

Last Thursday, Insight Campaigns Client College Track celebrated the launch of its new program site in the Los Angeles community of Watts, CA. In a community where only 3% of residents have a bachelors degree, College Track is determined to make college an expectation not the exception. The program makes a ten-year commitment that supports students through every crucial step of high school and college through college graduation.
